By accessing or using unSUB at unsub.tv(the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.
unSUB is a streaming subscription optimizer that helps users track movies and TV shows they want to watch, identify which streaming platforms carry their content, and make informed decisions about when to subscribe to or cancel streaming services.
Streaming availability data is sourced from the Watchmode API and is provided for informational purposes only. We make reasonable efforts to keep data accurate but cannot guarantee it reflects real-time availability on every platform.
To use most features of the Service you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You may not create accounts for others without their explicit consent, or create multiple accounts to circumvent any limitations of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are otherwise determined to be harmful to other users or the Service.
unSUB offers a free tier with no time limit. The free tier supports up to 3 active streaming services tracked at any one time, full value scoring, and unlimited swapping between platforms. Free tier features are subject to change with reasonable notice.
Pro is $5.99/month or $59.99/year (paid annually, equivalent to approximately 17% off the monthly rate). Pro unlocks unlimited platform tracking, bank-link auto-detection, and smart cancel alerts. First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of subscription start by contacting support.
Family is $11.99/month or $119.99/year. It provides Pro features for the household owner and up to four additional invited members (5 members total). The household owner is solely responsible for billing and may invite, remove, transfer ownership to, or change roles of members. Members may leave the household at any time, returning to a standalone account. Dissolution of the Family subscription (cancellation, non-payment, or owner-initiated dissolve) terminates household-level access at the end of the current billing period; individual member accounts and per-member data (watchlists, ratings, watch history) are preserved. First-time Family subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of subscription start by contacting support.
During the beta, the Service is provided "as is" with no uptime guarantees. We may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of significant changes.

The Service, including its design, code, and content (excluding third-party data), is owned by unSUB and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written permission.
Content you submit (e.g., feedback) remains yours, but by submitting it you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it to improve the Service.
The Service displays data from third-party providers (Watchmode) and may include links to external sites (e.g., streaming platform sign-up pages). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of third-party sites. Affiliate links to streaming services may be used; we will disclose these when applicable.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Streaming availability data is sourced from third parties and may not always be accurate or current.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNSUB AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR $10 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANYTHING).
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time via Settings or by emailing us at nick@unsub.tv.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, or if we discontinue the Service, with reasonable notice where practicable.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. If the changes are material, we will notify you by email or via a notice in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction, as applicable.
unSUB may earn a commission when you sign up for streaming services through some of the links on this site — at no extra cost to you. Affiliate revenue helps fund unSUB; it never changes our recommendations, which are driven by your watch data alone.
Pages or emails that contain affiliate links also carry a per-page disclosure adjacent to those links. The disclosure here governs the site as a whole; per-page disclosures govern individual rendering contexts.
