unSUB does not host, store, stream, transmit, or make available any audio or video content of any kind. There is no media player on this site, no download function, no embedded or proxied playback of any film or television programme, and no link to any unauthorized source.
unSUB is a discovery and availability service. Every "where to watch" link on this site points to an authorized, licensed streaming provider, rental storefront, or digital retailer — the same destinations the rightsholder has itself licensed. We send viewers to those services. We are not an alternative to them.
A page such as unsub.tv/title/… is a listing. It is assembled from the following, and nothing else:
Full source and attribution details are on our Data & attributions page. unSUB is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any streaming service or studio; all names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners.
We respect copyright and we respond to every properly-submitted notice. unSUB has a policy of removing material that is the subject of a valid notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, and of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
Because we host no media, most complaints directed at unSUB concern an image or a listing rather than a copy of a work. We will act on those the same way — but we will also tell you, plainly, when we believe a notice has been issued in error, and we may file a counter-notice.
If you own a copyright, or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf, and you believe material on unSUB infringes that copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent below. To be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include substantially all of the following:
Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Automated enforcement does not suspend that obligation.
unSUB LLC has designated the following agent to receive notifications of claimed infringement, and has registered that agent with the United States Copyright Office pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(2).

If material of yours was removed from unSUB and you believe it was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g) to the agent above. It must include substantially all of the following:
On receiving a valid counter-notification we will forward it to the original complainant. If they do not notify us within 10 business days that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the activity, we may restore the removed material in not less than 10 nor more than 14 business days following receipt.
Copyright notices and counter-notices must go to the designated agent in section 5. For any other question about this policy:
