Back of Beyond

After 12 years, Tom McGregor returns to his family's remote, abandoned service station and diner. Perhaps, if he can resurrect the old road stop, he can somehow atone for a fatal motorcycle accident. What Tom hadn't counted on was Charlie (Smart) and her volatile boyfriend, Connor (Friels), a pair of diamond smugglers who break down in the desert. Tom agrees to put them up until the car is fixed. But as the Australian sun beats down on the isolated outpost, he finds himself drawn to Charlie's beauty with potentially explosive consequences.
