About
You’ll likely enjoy this if you want an accessible, emotionally driven sports biopic with major themes of respect and equality; Not for you if you dislike feminism-forward storytelling or prefer purely sports-focused dramas like On the Basis of Sex.
Pros: compelling true-story stakes; standout lead performances; lively 1970s feel | Cons: message can feel heavy; pacing uneven at times; some romance feels forced
