About

You’ll likely enjoy this if you want a classic-leaning Bollywood romance with strong emotions, music, and family conflict in a period setting, somewhat akin to Devdas; Not for you if you dislike slow builds or heightened melodrama.

Pros: strong performances; memorable songs; romantic period mood | Cons: slow first half; uneven pacing; rushed melodramatic ending
