Man-su who runs a small private garage suffers from his family. His elder brother, Man-chul, addicts to gamble and lost all the money already and comes back again and again to get whatever left with Man-su. To make things worse, his mother has alzheimer[or dementia]. Suddenly Man-su shoulders Man-Chul's all debt due to his suicide and his mother's illness gets worse. Moreover as Man-su's girlfriend leaves him he is thrown into the abyss of despair. Man-su escapes himself to memory black-out and is put into the mental hospital. At the hospital, Man-su is happier than ever and is a richest man there. He also sympathizes with Su-kyung, a nurse at the hospital whose situation put her into the despair and hardship. As a persistent doctor starts to wake Man-su up from his happiest dream, Man-su's nightmare starts again and turns toward Su-kyung for help.
