DramaFamily

Many years had passed yet Jessica (Julia Montes) still feels guilty over having lost her sister Joanna, then a toddler, at the beach. Her mother Amy (Agot Isidro) has never gotten over the loss and continues to search for Joanna, who unknown to them has been found and raised as Anna by a fisherman’s family. At a swimming competition, Jessica competes with her estranged sister Joanna/Anna (Kathryn Bernardo) who nervously goes to the comfort room humming a familiar tune which Amy recognizes, making her assert that Anna is her lost daughter. After comparing pictures with Anna’s adopted mother Lerma (Lolot De Leon), Amy confirms that Anna Is Joanna and persuades her to come home. But Jessica gets insecure and resents all the attention being showered on Joanna. Jessica becomes harsh and difficult with Joanna then challenges her to a race at sea, but Jessica drowns, prompting Joanna to save her. Joanna decides to go back to her adopted family while Jessica recovers and asks for Joanna.
