A Not So Royal Christmas

When gossip columnist Charlotte hears that no one has ever gotten an interview with the Count of Sorhagen, she is determined to be the first. Known to throw the most lavish Christmas ball in Scandinavia, Charlotte sets off to Norland to land an exclusive with the elusive Count. What Charlotte doesn’t know is that the real Count gave up his title long ago and the royal firm has been covering it up since. However, when Charlotte mistakes the groundskeeper Adam for the Count, the Royal family convinces Adam to maintain the ruse. While Adam shares holiday traditions with Charlotte including a scavenger hunt for Nisse (gnomes), making spiced glogg, and preparing for the ball, the town of Sorhagen revives. Believing their Count has returned, tourism revs up and Adam convinces the firm to involve the town with the royal celebrations. Unfortunately, Charlotte's gossip loving boss then arrives and threatens to reveal that she's not a respected journalist like she told the royals. Eventually both lies come crashing down. Adam is not really the Count, and Charlotte lied her way into the castle. The night of the Christmas ball arrives, and Charlotte and Adam must see if the relationship they've built can survive this test. Charlotte decides to leave her job and refocus on her passion for Royal history, Adam is permanently raised to the title of Count, and they decide to spend next Christmas in Sorhagen together.
