Successful investment planner Byron Levin's (Ray Sharkey--Wiseguy, The Idolmaker) career is no longer a challenge, so when international business magnate Frederick Stockheinz (Klaus Kinski--Fitzcarraldo) asks him to head up a new venture in a small South American country, Levin accepts the challenge.
