Marine Colonel Anslow (George Roberson) saw eleven of his men killed and two captured the last time he tried to capture Russian terrorist Vladimir Antonov (Hristo Shopov). Now he's attempting it again, but he's only got 36 hours to rescue his men. Enlisting the aid of a shifty group of Russian soldiers, Anslow might be able to do it.
