The Cartier Affair

Convict Curt Taylor owes a substantial sum to Phil Drexler, the top dog at California State Prison. When Curt is released from prison, he becomes a secretary for Cartier Rand in order to steal her jewels and settle the debt with Drexler. During the course of his tenure as secretary, Curt unexpectedly falls in love with his employer, muddling his motivation to steal from her. Cartier soon showcases similar sentiments, and the two engage in a love affair.
