Dr Siddharth and his foster son Akash, dream of building a state-of-the-art hospital. In love with Dr Neha, Akash's life topples over when he meets Sonia, pampered daughter of a rich father, who offers to help Akash build the hospital, given he agrees to marry her. He succumbs when his father dies, leaving him alone to fulfil his promise. Eventually, Sonia learns her lesson and sets Akash free.
