Biography
Hiroshi Masuoka was a Japanese actor, voice actor and narrator from Minami, Saitama Prefecture, Japan. He famously voiced the roles of Masuo Fuguta in Sazae-san and Uncle Jam in Let's Go! Anpanman. He also voiced Master Roshi in the last episodes of Dragon Ball Z and all of Dragon Ball GT, following the death of Kōhei Miyauchi. He was last affiliated with the Tokyo Actor's Consumer's Cooperative Society.
