Joe is a NYC-based actor born in Bogota, Colombia. He grew up as an American diplomat in Latin America and Southeast Asia before moving permanently to the states. His work spans TV, film, theatre, voiceover, and commercials in both Spanish and English! Some of his credits include Bull, New Amsterdam, and Happy!
