Biography
Joe Frank was an American writer, teacher, and radio performer best known for the monologues and radio dramas broadcast on radio stations in New York City and in Southern California. His pieces were often philosophical, humorous, surrealist, and sometimes absurd, frequently in collaboration with friends, actors, and family members.
