Biography
Matthew Richard Stone is an American actor, animator, writer, producer, and songwriter. He studied film and mathematics at the University of Colorado Boulder, where he met his creative partner Trey Parker. They collaborated on the independent film Cannibal! The Musical (1993) and co-created the animated satire South Park, which was the basis for the feature South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut (1999). They co-wrote and produced the satirical puppet action film Team America: World Police (2004). With Robert Lopez, they co-created the musical The Book of Mormon (2011).
