Biography
Michael Wayne Rosen (born May 7, 1946) is a British children's author, poet, presenter, political columnist, broadcaster and activist who has written 140 books. He is Professor of Children's Literature at Goldsmiths, University of London. He was the UK's Children's Laureate from 2007 to 2009. Since 1998 he has presented Word Of Mouth, BBC Radio 4's weekly show about the English Language. He is married to Emma-Louise Williams.
