Biography
Paul Dooley is an American character actor, television writer and comedian. He is known for his roles in Breaking Away, Popeye, Strange Brew, Sixteen Candles, Cars and various Christopher Guest mockumentaries. He co-created the PBS children's show The Electric Company.
