Linda Moulton Howe is an Emmy Award-winning investigative journalist and documentary filmmaker who has become one of the most prominent figures in the study of UFOs (UAPs), extraterrestrial life, and high strangeness. Originally a mainstream journalist, she gained international attention in the 1980s for her rigorous investigation into the "animal mutilation" phenomenon.
