One South: Portrait of a Psych Unit

A two-part original HBO docuseries that takes an up-close look at One South, an in-patient psychiatric unit in New York specializing in the treatment of young adults who struggle with mental health disorders. The documentary portrays the experiences of a team of doctors, social workers, and nurses working together to stabilize these young patients fighting against depression, anxiety, personality disorders and psychosis, as they receive treatment to return to common life.
