Charlie was born on April 27, 1973, in Tampa, Florida, and from a young age, he aspired to follow in the footsteps of his idol, Evel Knievel. Known for his affable personality, he also earned a reputation for his adventurous spirit. His life resembled an action movie, marked by exhilarating events such as car crashes, police pursuits, and dramatic encounters that underscored the excitement of his experiences. His exceptional abilities eventually attracted the attention of Tim Chitwood, who connected him with Hal Needham, a key figure in the stunt industry. Under Needham's guidance, Charlie refined his craft while opting to stay away from the Hollywood spotlight. Throughout his career, he made notable contributions to numerous television shows and films. Now residing in Ocala, Florida, he enjoys a tranquil life with his wife, children, and grandchildren. In retirement, he remains active in car-related and film events while managing Charlie Estepp Entertainment, where he oversees a variety of talent, including stunt performers.
